Under general supervision, the Outreach and Assistance Coordinator is responsible to identify, contact and
provide on-going assistance to at-risk older adults experiencing social, economic, functional and/or physical
isolation and decline, with priority going to older adults lacking formal or informal support systems.

Want to go from ordinary to superhero status? Come join our team of dedicated superheroes! We are looking for Lead, Mentor, and Assistant Teachers for our program providing care, education, and growth to children 6 weeks up to kindergarten age.

While our goal is to grow and educate our children’s future, we are also committed to growing our staff member’s future. When team members are ready to start their educational journey, we are here to help and support!

Our Child Development Center staff contribute to the mission of the United Methodist Community House by providing educational and caregiving leadership to the classroom, by working in collaboration with the Lead Teacher and assigned volunteers, to create a developmentally appropriate program for our students and ensuring program compliance and environmental safety.

      The Site Coordinator supervises the day-to-day operations of the after school site and for staff, children, and parents of the Loop program (Sept-July). This position requires face-to-face leadership in this program and may involve early morning and evening responsibilities.

      Primary responsibilities involve communication with bus drivers during their am/pm and midday routes, providing mentoring as necessary, and to collaborate and interact with others in a positive, effective manner. Lead Drivers serve as a substitute driver or monitor as needed, and dispatch fleet operations. Lead Drivers develop and onboard instruction in all phases of transportation operations.
