We offer quality early childhood education services using the High Scope Curriculum—a research-based curriculum for the development of the whole child. We are committed to giving all families access to excellent child development services that help prepare children to thrive in school and throughout their lives.

To enroll your child in the UMCH Child Development Center, simply download and print the enrollment forms for the program of your choice, below. Completed forms should be returned to our main office at 904 Sheldon Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49507.
