Children

The UMCH Child Development Center offers quality development services that employs the High Scope Curriculum, a research-based curriculum, which utilizes best practices for the development of the whole child. The services provide support to a diverse mix of predominantly low-income, at-risk children living in inner-city Grand Rapids. We are committed to our children having equal access to appropriate child development services that are designed to assist them in the becoming developmentally proficient and ready to succeed in school and life.

 

 

Our Classes Include:

Infant/Toddlers Care:

6 weeks – 23 months old

2 years old Preschool:

Must be 2 years of age by September 1 of current year

3 years old Preschool:

Must be 3 years of age by September 1 of the current year

4 years old Preschool:

Must be 4 years of age by September 1 of the current year
