SHALOM SENIOR CENTER
The Senior Program at UMCH offers a variety of activities and services to persons 60 years and older in our community. Seniors are offered assisted transportation, outreach and assistance, advocacy, referrals, congreage and home-delivered meals, exercise and health screenings, field trips, tax preparation, Medicare D enrollment and a wide variety of meaningful activities. Our focus is to improve and/or maintain functioning level of seniors through approaches that address the needs of the body, mind, and heart.
