| This is a voluntary intervention program that provides participants with some stability and gives them tools and resources to prevent the cycle of prostitution and the related life issues that hinder a life of self-sufficiency and healthy living. Counseling, support groups, and other resources within the community are offered to clients by staff and area agencies through referrals as needed.
